DVD Mastering

The DVD mastering services offered by us is carefully done by converting the source material into DVD stamper for replication. For achieving flawless end results, the source data is imputed to laser beam recorder (LBR) that records information onto surface of glass master. These glass masters are then used to make input media by DVD type.

The different types of DVD mastering we provide include:

DVD-5	DLT (digital linear tape), DVD-R, unencrypted replicated DVD-5
DVD-9	Set of 2 DLTs or unencrypted replicated DVD-9
DVD-10	Set of 2 DLTs, Set of 2 DVD-Rs or unencrypted replicated DVD-10
DVD-18	Set of 4 DLTs

Pls note that for CSS (Content Scrambling System), copy protection and/or region coding DLTs are required.

If clients provide us fully authored master we can accept:

•    DLT III, DLT III XT and DLT IV (required for CSS encryption)
•    DVD-R General Grade
•    DVD-R Authoring Grade
•    Replicated DVD disc without CSS encryption

We offer complete CD/DVD replication services. Different from recording, these services including CD-R burning, Replicated CD/DVD is also known as pressed CD/DVD. After replication process, these CD/DVDs undergo printing services & are then finally inserted in the packing case selected by the client.
