Packaging Films
|
We offer a comprehensive range of packaging solutions by manufacturing and exporting a range of OPP, PET, CPP and PE films in the forms of clear, coated, pigmented, co-extruded and metalized. These are widely appreciated for their outstanding barrier properties against gas, water, odour and moisture, durability, flex-crack, puncture resistance, excellent sealing properties, enhanced product shelf life and exceptional optical clarity. Our range is used to package various products in industries such as fertilizers, lubricants, chemical, pharmaceutical, medical, food & beverages, confectionery, tobacco, electronic and many others.
According to the specifications provided by our customers, we can custom develop and package our range, which includes following:

 | Thermoforming Films We
offer an array of high barrier thermoforming films that are used for
packing various food items such as meat products, sausages, ham, deep
frozen products, fish, poultry, cheese and many others. These
co-extruded thermoforming films are offered in diverse film
structures to suit various drawn depths. Our range complies with US
FDA, BGA and EC regulations for direct food contact. Some of its
salient features include:
- Extension
of product shelf life
- Excellent
thermoformability
- Excellent
sealing properties
- Exceptional
optical clarity
- Outstanding
barrier properties against gas, water, odour and moisture
- Special
physical attributes such as durability, flex-crack and puncture
resistance
Our
customers can also acquire different types of co-extruded and
laminated films from us that have anti-fog features. These are
also available with us as top lidding films that are ideal for
various thermoforming applications such as PE/ EVOH/PE, PE/PA/PE,
OPA/PE, PET/PE/EVOH/PE and many others. The range of our
thermoforming films can be plain or printed up to 8 colours. These
are highly compatible for use with major thermoforming machine
brands. | |
 | | | | | Retort Films We
offer a range of retort films that are used in the industry of
retortable packaging, where the products are cooked inside their
package while their production process. This industry is one of the
most blooming in Europe and is becoming very popular in North
America. Our range of retort films is used for various products such
as pet food, spices, MRE's and many others. To
withstand the retort chambers requirements, we offer specialized
retort films that comprise the larger section of the packaging
structures such as Cast Polypropylene (CPP) and Polyester (PET) -
higher heated resistance Nylon (BOPA). These are explained as
follows: Cast
Polypropylene (CPP) It
is an easy-tear film that acts as the sealant layer of the laminated
structure. These retortable cast polypropylene films are widely used
for retortable applications. CPP films are known to possess superior
bond strength, seal strength and overall performance as compared to
others available in the marketplace. Apart
from standard retort films, we also offer directional easy tear films
that offers additional consumer friendly packaging. All these films
keep excellent seal integrity before as well as after the retort
process. The
"easy tear" film offers the converter & the end user
with the facility of tearing straight at low propagation forces. This
enables the package to be easily opened without the need of costly
laser scoring. As per customers’ requirements, the thicknesses of
these films can be customized. The standard range offered by us
includes:
- Sealant
layer films 50 micron (2 mil) to 150 micron (6 mil)
- Lidding
films 70 micron (2.8 mil)
PET Polyester
is usually used on the outside layers. The polyester films offered by
us possess normal heat resistance and other enhanced properties. In
general, these films are supplied in 48 gauge (12 micron) or 92 gauge
(23 micron) thickness. Nylon Nylon
has excellent strength and barrier properties. Our biaxially oriented
nylon films also known as BOPA are available in 2 versions blown and
tenter-framed. The blown version offers extra balanced properties in
TD and MD. The other tenter-framed version is preferred for laminate
as it has superior layflat (planarty). BOPA is available in thickness
range of 48 gauge (12 micron), 60 gauge (15 micron) and 100 gauge (25
micron). If demanded by our customers, we offer the option of 2-sided
corona treatment.
