Apart from this, our in-house designing unit facilitates us in designing and developing our range of Industrial Springs as per the specifications provided by our clients.

Kiran Machine Tools Ltd houses one of the latest and state of the art  infrastructure and setup for quality control including UTS, Load Testing, Fatigue Testing m/c, Magnifying lenses for crack detection, Magnetic flux crack detector, dials, Mititoyo verniers, dials, screw gauge etc. Other Machineries

II. First of production inspection.

At the time of producing fresh lot, After changing wire bundle, after tool resharpening.

III. In process inspection of process parameters after decided intervals at each and every station.

IV. Finished Product Inspection Inspection of lot as per final inspection quality plan.

After procurement and testing, the raw material undergoes various operations such as coiling, bending and cutting as per the product.
