Established in 1995, We Knitco Fashionns have established ourselves as a GOOD & RELIABLE manufacturer & exporter of fashionable KNIT garments, mainly in 100% Cotton & Cotton blends. Our apparels come with innovative designs, nice workmanship, good quality, attractive style and affordable price. We are specialised in handling " small & medium " order quantity of about 2000 pcs to 4000 pcs per style. We also handle maximum order quantity of about 20,000 pcs per style.
We have a well-equipped manufacturing unit spread over a large area with latest technology imported machines for all production requirements. Our factory is well maintained as per the international compliance standards with a NICE " samples-showroom ". We have a well-versed and experienced team of professionals to look after the production, quality control and administration work. Due to our good product quality, better prices, wide variety, prompt service and timely delivery - we have satisfied clients in Europe & USA.

We manufacture knit garments in accordance with the STYLESHEETS sent by our clients.i.e.,purely based on client's stylings.Our minimum order qty is 1200 pcs per style {only 1 colour version} and we will not accept any order less than 1200 pcs per style.Our minimum order qty per colour version is 1000 pcs.

We have more than 40 professionals who are working excellently to provide the clients with quality products. Our team comprises of experienced and efficient staffs such as merchandisers, quality controllers, sample coordinator, shipment coordinators, fabric coordinator, cutting master, marketing managers, quality control experts etc. Apart from a healthy working environment, regular training sessions and workshops are held to sharpen the skills as per the latest technological advancement.
In addition, our team has specialist to look after some crucial accomplishments. The specialists and their work include:

Business Preview
The production capacity at our manufacturing unit is equivalent to produce about 50,000 pieces of men’s polo T-shirts PER MONTH. Our factory is spread in an area of about 12,600 sq.ft and it also contains a well-furnished samples-showroom .
Also we have a team of 10 garment factories {our suppliers},each with a production capacity of 7500 to 10,000 pcs of Men's Polo T.Shirt per month (or) it equivalents - for whom the orders are sourced by our company - for which we have a team of 15 staffs to control and co-ordinate.

Manufacturing
Our factory is spread in 12,600 sq. ft with a fully furnished samples-showroom. We have a manufacturing plant with machinery imported from Germany, Taiwan, Italy & USA. We have 100 sewing machine, band knife & straight knife cutting machine, ironing machine, needle detector machine, stain removing machine & all essential production machine.
Our factory is well furnished & maintained according to the international compliance standards. We also have an in-house fabric and garment-testing lab to ensure quality and to maintain records of characteristics.
