Mr. Pankaj Singhal, Proprietor of Konark Enterprises, had contributed a lot in the rubber roller industry, for around 10 years. He had worked a lot in developing various combination of rubber compounds, for different applications in Steel and Paper Industry.
Konark has been working hand to hand with the Steel Industry in designing fantabulously well polyurethane coated rollers.
The good bonding of the material with the shell and smooth, defect free surface of the roll, is the main guiding parameter of KONARK, when the cover is designed for various application of rolls. The concept of fine intermixing of the Polyurethane cover constituents, i.e. Hardner and Resin, is definitely an art. And during the selection of the machine, this has been well kept in mind in Konark. This philosophy has resulted in an agreement with Baule, France. The latest Dispensing machine of Baule has been installed and the engineered compounds of Baule are used for manufacturing the PU rolls in Konark. |
