Design Features:

Light in weight and compact, our towers are easy to install and the prevailing wind directions will not affect cooling tower performance due to the unique circular design of the basin and casing.

Casing:

Our tower casing is made of tough FRP, UV stabilized resin that are used with gel coat for longer shelf life. The individual fiberglass panel are steel bolted together for periodic wash down and general cleanup.

Fill Material:

Our PVC fills are high performance, heavy duty and have excellent resistance to corrosion. These offer a striking balance between maximum heat transfer surfaces.

Sprinkler:

We use aluminum and PVC sprinkler with rotary head and sprinkle pipe which distribute the hot water at low pressure to achieve maximum wetted surface area.

Fan:

We use specially designed energy efficient axial fan with adjustable pitch. The fan materials are plastic/aluminum alloy/FRP.
