Tail Pak Vidhi method of processing medicated oils is as follows:
1. KWATH ( decoction of herbs) is made by simmering herbs in water till the water is reduced to 1/8th of the original quantity.
2. KALKA is made by making paste of herbs.
3. SESAME OIL  is heated till it is completely moisture-free.
4. The Kalka, Kwath and Milk are added to the oil which is heated till the water evaporates.
5. All this takes about 2 to 3 days.
6. The oil is then filtered while it is hot and bottled on cooling.
