Ako spacer tape is provided in 10mtr. Rolls, most common thicknesses are 3mm, 6mm and 8mm to fit most common glazing tape application. Our common widths are 6mm, 8mm,10mm and 12mm. We can provide other widths as per customer requirements. Our tape also comes with high density foam, a tough, tear resistant blue plastic liner, making the removal of the tape liner easier and minimizing the chance of liner tearing during installation.

Structural glazing tape (shb1200g). It is excellent for glass to metal bonding. It is specially engineered to replace spacer tape. Spacer tape is basically a pe foam tape. It does not contain holding power. That’s why glaziers are facing glass falling problem. It also consumes large quantity of silicon. All defects of spacer tape are removed by structural glazing tape. It consumes less quantity of silicon and has good holding power that’s why there is less chance of glass falling. Structural glazing tape instant holding power helps to complete glazing work quickly and easily. It reduces labor cost. So our structural glazing tape is providing very economical solution to its users.
mirror tape is use for mounting purpose. In case of decorative mirror, it is used for painted surface of mirror to glass bonding. Backside glass may be colored glass, plain glass or textured glass. M110 is use for coloured and plain glass. M120 is used for non flat surfaces like in textured glass. It is necessary to use right amount of tape. Bonding is mainly depending on amount of tape used.
Transparent shb tape (shb1110t). It is applicable to glass lamination, glass sandwich and glass insulation. It is also substituting uv glue in many applications. It provides permanent bonding between two glasses. You have to take care while you are using transparent shb tape. Remove air bubbles immediately otherwise it will remain there permanently. If glasses disturb at time of joining then remove them immediately.
