Embossing

• With use of heat and pressure, logos are impressed or embossed, into garment/ fabric

• This technique can be used on denim, T-shirts, leather, bags & appliqués

Debossing

• Reverse of embossing, the logo is raised due to heat & pressure applied around it

• This technique can be applied to all garment range

Inline Foil

• It is process of printing designs on garments using plastisol inks in combination with foil stamping

Screen Printing Process Followed At Our End:

Screen printing is process of pulling ink through image burned screen onto T-shirts & other garments. . Some of the steps that are involved in this process include:

Designing Art for Screen Printing

We start with an idea brought to us by customers. The idea is taken to our designers who develop a computer generated version using the colors customer has chosen. Once design is completed it is posted to our Art Approval department.

Producing the Art for Screen Printing

Once screen printing design is approved, it goes to our production artist, who takes design apart with process called color separation. Each color of design is provided a separate screen where printing of each color on a film positive is done. After this, production artist takes design to the screen department.

Preparing Screen(s) for Screen Printing

Screen printing completely relies on well constructed screens. The film positives generated by production artist goes to screen department, where the screen is prepared by coating it with photosensitive emulsion. The separated color positive is then attached to emulsion coated screens and then sent to client’s end to be burned for T-shirt printing.

Screen Printing Process Followed at Client’s End:

Screen is placed into unit that exposes it to ultraviolet light. This burns design into the screen, by removing emulsion to let ink come through screen.

Screen Printing For Custom T-Shirts

Screen printing finishes by transferring ink through screen onto the shirt. To begin with:

• Press is loaded with T-shirt printing screens

• Ink colors are then poured onto proper screens

• Screen printer then loads T- shirt making sure that it is even & sitting straight on screen printing plate

• Once loaded properly, printer lowers screen & pulls ink across it with rubber screen printing squeegee

• T-shirt is then removed & placed on belt that runs under special dryer

• Dryer cures ink at 320°F

• At the end of dryer, quality control inspects each garment to ensure garment meets defined design and quality finish standards

We also hold expertise in creating color separations using specialty inks. These inks provide in the T-shirts desired special effects.

Some of the specialty inks in which we can provide color separations include:

Glitter Inks

• Glitter inks have eye catching glint, making them great for accenting specific parts of design and making whole design sparkle

• The large variety of glitter ink option offered by us means clients would find a color that will work best for their custom design or logo

• Some of the glitter inks offered include Burgundy, Chrome, Fuschia, Gold, Royal as well as White glitter inks

Yellow Sparkle Ink

• These are special effect inks that have dry flake glitter mixed with ink

• The use of these inks produces subtle sparkle effects with high gloss & excellent durability

• It can be applied to any standard color

• Sparkle ink reflects in sunlight and is great way to add texture to any design and style of special effect printing

Metallic & Shimmer Inks

• These inks are also used for providing a glitter effect

• These come in both silver & gold color

• These inks are formulated using glitters & shimmers to produce enhanced effects as well as excellent durability

High Density Inks

High Density and High Density Clear

• High density printing is done by adding layers of ink on top of one another

• This creates depth with innovative and enhanced 3D graphics

• The choice of colors can be any as specified by the client

• High density clear creates appearance of glass, gel, water as well as of other high gloss surfaces

• Here ink is usually put on another ink to get color

Gel inks

• Gel inks are clear inks that have smooth or wet like appearance

• This ink is usually put on another ink to get desired color

• This ink is also provides great results for watermarks or raindrops (especially on swim apparels)

• We can accept just about everything from computer generated image to a scanned image. All our design team needs is a relatively clear image with colour separations. In case of confusion call us to verify the image with us.

• We have provision of reading a wide variety of file formats including tif, gif, pcx, jpg, cdr, cpt, ai, eps, pdf, wmf, pct or pict, bmp. We can also work on other formats not listed here. However our favorite format is jpg. As it is generic, it can be saved/exported by any piece of available software.

• Although we cannot list each and every format, some of the sample formats we can meet for embroidery machine include Tajima, Barudan, Pfaff PCS, Bernina, Melco Condensed, Melco Expanded, Brother, Wilcom, Toyota. Viking, Janome, Singer EU, Poem.

• We believe in one thing, better the artwork, better is the digitizing process and the final finished product on which it is applied.

• Normally it takes between 12 to 24 hours to send the digitized designs back.

• The designs will be mailed the moment they are ready. We can also send designs through other routes as specified by the clients.

• Specialty ink is one that provides results out of the ordinary. These include things like glitter, foil, high density & neon to name a few.

• PMS colors are designed for paper ink to be placed on white stock. Client may indicate which PMS color they want. Pls note that exact PMS color match cannot be guaranteed to be exact on textile (especially if it is not screen printed on white fabric).

• Ink colors may vary depending on computer monitor. The colors offered by us will be close. The only possibility of variation will be variation by a shade or tint of color.

• The standard T-shirt print is 12.5". However print dimensions are really dependent on location & detail of designs. Our design department is trained to help clients in achieving the right sized print that would look great of the finished printed fabric.

• Clients can ask for our databank of quality conscious printers who would be more than eager to hep in achieving the desired output.

• We can provide the screened sample through online network, which allow clients to see the artwork done by us before approving the same.

• No. Clients can get the orders in multiple sizes.

• Yes, clients can get multiple colors within same order as long as ink colors & design remain the same
