Corrugated Hoses
We manufacture and export a wide range of corrugated hoses that are tested and tried to function in any environment, temperature, pressure, media and flexing requirements. Our corrugated hoses are manufactured with:
- Precision and reliability,
- Using longitudinally welding strips
- Using special tools
- Hydraulically corrugates the thin wall corrugated tubes.
These hoses are available with a single or double wire braiding to protect against mechanical damage and to increase pressure resistance. The hoses are also capable of elastic deformation. To meet KPC Flexi Tubes quality standards, 100% testing is undertaken on all hose assemblies. End fittings are also fixed with these hoses by either tag welding or silver brazing. Features:
• Longitudinally welding strips are used in the manufacturing of corrugated hoses • Corrugated metal hoses are provided with a single or double wire braiding • Corrugated Hoses came with Tag Welding or Silver Brazing for flexibility.

Strip Wound Hoses
We are known worldwide for our quality of strip wound hoses. Their inherent strength and high performance characteristics have made them a popular choice. These hoses are manufactured by helically winding a pre-formed strip around a mandrel of a specific size. Made from different materials like stainless steel, zinc-plated steel or brass, they provide:
- Excellent resistance
- Low leakage rate
- High flexibility
They are manufactured to meet the specific industry standards. We manufacture strip wound hoses in two profiles:
- Double interlocked profile
- Square lock/lay on profile.
They are available in standard coils of 10, 15, 20 or 30 meters, with diameter ranging from 2.75 mm to 350 mm. We also go for customer’s specific requirements.

Industrial Gooseneck
We are one of the leading manufacturer and supplier of premium quality gooseneck. They are basically wire wound hoses or swivel hoses in which two or more preformed wires are wrapped around a mandrel of the required size. The goosenecks are:
- Stable
- Adjustable
- Available in varied lengths.
The robust metal surface is chrome plated to ensure durability and wear resistance. These goose necks are so designed that they virtually stay at any position in which they are bent and irrespective of weight load or even after being subjected to much stress, these goose necks are very strong to remain in the bend position. Our goose neck hoses have found wide applications in:

Cam Lock Couplings
Cam Lock Couplings are manufactured to provide connection & disconnection between hose & pipelines in any kind of fluid transfer system. We are well known for our cam lock couplings which are produced as per MIL standard A-A-59326. They are also interchangeable. Our couplings are made of carbon steel, stainless steel grade ss304, stainless steel grade ss316, aluminum alloy, brass. They are available in varied lengths like:
