Dr. M Venkataratnam :
The chairman of the company, who is an eminent technocrat and administrator with more than four decades of service in senior executive positions of large public sector undertakings in India.

He was Chairman of "Banking Service Recruitment Board" and also "Andhra Bank", a leading Nationalised Bank in India.

Dr T Kuchroo :
Obtained his Ph.D in Dairying & Food from Punjab University, Chandigargh (1976). Dr T Kuchroo promoted Dr T K Food Consultants to set up projects for enterprenuers in food processing sector. Being a consultant, he is possessing rich experience both Technical & Managerial in food technology.

Mr.G V L Prasad :
is a fellow of the Institute of Charted Accountants of India and a graduate in Law. He was associated with various Pharma, Chemical and Engineering industries at senior management positions. He is having rich experience in Auditing, Project Financing and Corporate Advice.

Mr. K S S Prasad:
has been appointed as small shareholders' director of the company with effect from September 30, 2004. Mr K S S Prasad is a self employed tax professional and a member of the company under the small shareholders category. He possesses rich and varied experience in the fields of taxation, auditing etc., besides representing general public as a member in various organisations, forums, panels etc.

Dr. R T Ravi :
is the main promoter of the company and leads the company as its Managing Director. Dr R T Ravi is an experienced technocrat with over 20 years of experience in industrial management and consultancy. He is a post-graduate in Science with specialization in Bio-chemistry.
