Quality Assurance:
The excellent quality of our casting is the result of continuous and diligent efforts of maintaining international standards by our team of experts. Our Quality plan ensures that all the batch of input raw materials are rigorously tested on receipt and accepted for use only if they meet our specific standards. Continuous monitoring processes and rigid control begins right from the preparation and conditioning of molding sands and core making. Other molding processes, coupled with strict metallurgical control of melting, metal treatment, casting and subsequent processing, ensure a consistent product quality.
We are equipped with modern state of the art instrumentation for control of molding / core sand mixtures. Chemical and metallurgical characteristics of liquid metal, castings and heat treatment.
