Terms and Conditions:
Scope of service: For Non-Comprehensive Contract.

Location: Satellite
(a) AMC Service shall be available between 10.00 AM to 6.00 P.M on all working days except holidays.
(b) Service will be providing on your call only.
(c) We will attend call service within 6 hours.
(d) We will attend for operating systems & software for contract. All Softwares will be supplied by you.
(e) The system maintenance does not include any parts & consumables
(f) AMC Service will be providing at your site.
(g) We are not responsible for any data loss due to virus, miss operating, high voltage or fire.
(h) We will not entertain internet call. Due to ISP related problems.
(i) You have to allow computer system or any parts to carry at our office in case if repairing is not possible on your site.
(i) We will provide you estimate for your failure hardware parts & will install/replace it after you place purchase order for it.
(k) Our concern only to maintain all your computers peripherals/ Hardware/ Networking devices should be proper working condition only. You have to take about data backup and anti virus update.
(l) Advance Payment.
