JAIFIX TG STD is a ready to use cementitious tile grout for the permanent grouting of ceramic tiles in both damp and totally submerged conditions.

USES

• Mainly used for swimming pool tile grouting.
• For filling of tile joints in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Recommended for all porous and absorbent wall and floor tiles.
• Can be used for Tile joints width of 3 mm to 13 mm.
• It can be used on material such as ceramic wall tiles, clinkers and mosaics.

APPLICATION

• As a general role on a porous surface, allow 24 hours for tiles to set prior to grouting.
• Ensure the gaps between the tiles are clean, dry and free of adhesive.

MIXING :

• Mix complete bag of powder into the potable water with a partial slow speed.
• Drill until lump free paste is obtained. The ratio of 1 : 3 against powder and water by weight to be followed.

APPLICATION :

• Apply JAIFIX TG STD to the spaces between tiles with proper rubber float or sponge, ensuring the joints and edges are completely filled and compacted.
• Remove surplus plaster with damp cloth.
• When the grout is dry, polish tiles with clean, dry, soft cloth.

Properties:

Areas of Use:

Jaifix Tg can be used on material such as ceramic wall and floor tiles, clinkers and mosaics, where joints do not exceed 5 mm width.

 

Preparation of Surface:

Ensure all tile joints and edges are clean and free of exceeds tile fixing mortar.

 

Mixing:

Thoroughly mix Jaifix Tg in the ratio of 1 Itr water to 3 kg. Jaifix Tg powder. Allow to stand for 15 minutes. Stir again before use.

 

Application:

Wait until JJaifix Tg has set (appro* 24 hours) before grouting. Apply Jaifix Tg diagonally into the joints with a rubber edged spatula. Remove excess grout with a moist sponge before drying. Do not apply grout to an area which is so large that it cannot be completed within an hour. Porous tiles should be moistened with water before grouting. After the grout has dried and before it has hardened, polish the tiles with a clean, dry cloth leaving the joints flush with the tiles, 24 hours after grouting, moisten the joints with a wet sponge.

 

Consumption:

lKg of Jaifix Tg covers approximately 30 running ft. with 2mm width of joint.

 

Packing & Storage:

Jaifix Tg is supplied in 25 kg. and 5 kg sacks, and 1 kg containers. Jaifix Tg should be stored in clean, cool, dry area protected from direct light as supplied. Original unopened sacks can be stored for 12 months.

Purpose:

K95 Readyplast Fbe can be used to improve the quality of external and internal plastering work by factory controlled product.

Packing;

25 kg, 40 kg of woven bag.

Application;

Mixing:

Take precise quantity of water & pour into mechanical mixer or can be loaded into plastering machine and slowly add the K95 Readyplast Fbe mortar into mixer at a ratio of 0.15 W/P ratio and mix it thoroughly for application.

Application:

Clean the substrate take out loose particles. Wet the surface except those of cement concrete blocks thoroughly and apply K95 Readyplast Fbe to achieve uniform thickness and level surface. Mixed K95 Readyplast Fbe after adding water should be used within 60 minutes.

Curing:

Water curing is recommended after 12 hours and to be continued for atleast 7 days.

Description ;

A Single pack ready to use, ultra high strength, free flowing, non shrink grout. K5 Stonehard Spl is blend of specially processed cement and special fillers which are free from corrosive substances and additives. It is highly compensate for shrinkage which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state, thus it compensates for shrinkage and settlement. It produces high ultimate strength and low permeability of water. It ensures high level of contact with increased flow ability.

It is to be used to eliminate shrinkage by complete filling of voids / gaps between base plate and applied substrate upto a thickness of 100 mm. beyond which it requires to mix with aggregates. It can be used to grouting of a staction base plate. It can also be used for anchoring of bolts, base plates (or under ground conditions, fence rosts. masts and columns in pre-cast construction.

Application Instructions:

Mixing: Mechanical mining using a grout mixer or concrete mixer Is recommended. No hand mining Is permitted.

(1) Place 85% of the water required In a concrete mixer [100% in case of agrout mixer J.

(2) Slowly add the required amount of K5 Stonehard Spl white continuously for 1 minute. Add balance quantity of water (15%) and mix for 4 to 5 minutes. The mixed grout must be placed immediately and grouting must be continuous till the cavity is filled.

Surface Preparation:

(1) All contaminated surfaces must be cleaned thoroughly by chemical or mechanical methods.

(2) All bolt pockets and under bases must be free from dust, laitance and of sound substrate. If needed, substrate with water to allow for full absorption for at least 24 hours. Just before the grouting is to commence, all water must be removed completely leaving the surface only damp.

Boltpockets:

Depending on the size of the bolt pockets, 50-100% cleaned 10mm sound aggregates by weight of grout consumption may be incorporated to economies on grout and also to keep the heat of hydration low. When the thickness exceeds 100mm- 150mm our technical department may be contacted for advise. There must be at least 12 hours gap between bolt pocket and under base plate grouting sequence.

Under Base Plate:

Leak proof strong framework must be provided to withstand operational stresses while grouting and all edges must be sealed with K5 Stonehard Spl of trowelling consistency to arrest the grout from flowing out of framework. The sealed edges must be strong enough to resist fluid grout (at least 1-2 hours after sealing). Hydrostatic head 150-250mm must be provided to enable the free flowing of grout under base plate. Grouting must be continuous until the cavity is completely filled to the desired level. The exposed areas must be kept to a minimum. 100 150mm on the grouting side and 50mm on the opposite side. All exposed area must be restricted by covering with wooden planks or polythene sheets with send sprinkled on top of the sheet to avoid cracks on the grouted surface.

Description;

K95 Readyplast Fb (1)) is a readv to mix, dry cementitious fiber reinforcement internal plaster. It contains blended cements, graded sands, polypropylene fiber and additives to Improve consistency and workability.

Smooth under layer material (or exterior and interior concrete, masonry or plaster based substrates.

Interior final finishing plasters for walls and ceilings or concrete and block surfaces.

It can be used on brick, block, patching honeycombs in concrete to improve the quality of plastering work by factory controlled product.

Application Instructions:

The surface should be clean, free from standing water and all contaminants such as oil, grease, laitance, paint, or corrosion products. Any contamination should be removed by mechanical means to produce a sound substrate. The surface should be washed with clean water to remove all dust. It should be wetted prior to application of K95 Readyplast Fb (1)). The product should not be applied to surfaces which are exposed to running water.

Mixing;

K95 Readyplast Fb (1) Complete bags should be mixed using a mechanically powered grout mixer. Each bag requires 6 to 7 Itr oil clean cold water. Ensure that the mixer is damp inside but free out standing water before commencing mixing: add pre-measured quantity of clean cold water.

Application:

Apply the mixed K95 Readyplast Fb (1) by hand using a steel trowel. Use a float to give a smooth and uniform thickness and level surface. Mixed K95 Readyplast Fb (1) after adding water, should be used within 45 minutes.

Curing:

Water curing is recommended after 16 hours and to be continued for at least 7 days. Alternatively curing by KCURE C curing compound is recommended.

Cleaning;

Tools contaminated with K95 Readyplast Fb (1) can be cleaned using clean water. Hardened grout can only be removed by mechanical means.

Health & Safety:

K95 Readyplast Fb (1) is non-haiardous. It should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin or eyes. Suitable protective goggles and gloves should be worn. In the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, — seek medical attention immediately, do not induce vomiting.

Packing & Coverage :

K95 Readyplast Fb (1)) is available in 40 Kg. bags. 40 kg. Bag of bag K95 Readyplast Fb (1)) will cover 30-32 sq.fl in 15-16 mm thickness the coverage depends upon the substrate.

Storage:

9 months storage life when stored in original unopened bags at between S and 35'C in a dry and shaded place.

Description:

 

Kadd is plasticising, shrinkage compensating grout additive.

A single pack powdered admixture which, when added to cement (cement: sand), produces an easy flow, high strength, shrinkage compensating grout.

 

Uses ;

 

Ideally suited for grouting and in-filling where a non-shrink. free-flowing product is required. Kadd imparts super-plasticising / high water reducing properties as well as positive expansion.

 

Advantages:

 

Pre packed easy to use water proofing coating. High fluidity.

Reduced water: cement ratio. Higher strength. Iron free. Chloride free. Excellent adhesion. Eliminates shrinkage.

Economical for non critical static load grouting

 

Dosage:

 

200 gm of Kadd. when added to 50 kg of cement, will require approx. 20 Itrs of water, the yield of grout being about 25 Itrs. With a 1:1 sand / cement mix the same quantity of Kadd with the required per 50 kg. of cement, and the addition of a similar quantity of water results to yield approx. 55-58 Itrs.

200 gm in sealed plastic container/pouch.
