The resultant film retains sufficient moisture in the concrete Conforming lo ASTM C- 309 Surfaces subject lo finishing treatments. Economical enhancement of concrete flat work. In high rise constructions to eliminate the requirement for water.
Advantages; > Eliminates the need for water. > Imparts a harder dust free surface. > Single component High curing efficiency. Reduced labour costs. > Water based. Reduces drying shrinkage.
Application Instructions: K Cure Wtc should be applied 5 to 6 nV /1 litre of surface area. A single spray-applied coat is sufficient. Ensure that all spraying equipments is cleaned thoroughly with white spirit immediately after use. For horizontal surfaces spray on K Cure Wtc as soon as any excess water has dried off. This is usually within 30 minutes of finishing. Vertical surfaces should be welted with water after stripping the K Cure Wtc should not be applied to dry or semi-dry concrete. After application of the K Cure Wtc membrane, the surface should be left undisturbed for at least 5 hours. Standard precautions should be taken during cold weather to protect the concrete from frost damage.

K Curec![]() K Curec is a non-degrading, resin based suitable for spray application to freshly poured concrete. K Curec is available as an aluminum colored liquid. Conforming to ASTM C- 309 Type – A. USES
ADVANTAGES
Application INSTRUCTIONS K Curec should be applied 5 to 6m2 / 1 litre of surface area. A single spray-applied coat is sufficient. Ensure that all spraying equipments is cleaned thoroughly with white spirit immediately after use. For horizontal surfaces spray on K Curec as soon as any excess water has dried off. This is usually within 30 minutes of finishing. Vertical surfaces should be wetted with water after stripping the K Curec should not be applied to dry or semi-dry concrete. After application of the K Curec membrane, the surface should be left undisturbed for at least 3 hours. Standard precautions should be taken during cold weather to protect the concrete from frost damage. PROPERTIES Faircure Ra is a solution of special resins, formulated for application to freshly-placed concrete. It dries to form an elastic impervious film on the surface, which ensures that the concrete keeps as moist as possible during the vital curing period. The film gradually disintegrates on weathering. K Curec is available in standard grades. It provides a curing membrane of a pale amber colour having a curing efficiency of 75%. K Curec can be supplied pigmented white; or aluminised. Packing & Coverage K Curec is supplied in 1 ltr, 5 ltr., 50 ltr., 100 ltr., and 200 ltr. Coverage 5 to 6 m2 per litre. Shelf Life 6 months storage life when stored in original unopened container at between 5 ºC to 45 ºC in a dry and shaded place. Health & Safety K Curec is non-hazardous. It should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin or eyes. Suitable protective goggles and gloves should be worn. In the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately, do not induce vomiting. K5 Shutrelease![]() Description: K5 Shutrelease is supplied as a pale amber liquid which turns white when diluted with water to produce a chemical release agent, combining the outstanding release properties of such materials with the economy of a conventional oil. it reacts with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent layer on the surface of the mould which enables easy stripping from the hardened concrete. It has been specially formulated to reduce or eliminate surface imperfection In pre cast, prestressed and poured in place concrete. Improve the concrete surface by reducing or eliminating surface voids and effects. Reduce need for and cost of frequently cleaning forms by reducing the concrete residue. Non-staining: can be used with white cement. Use on all types of formwork to enable clean stripping of forms and provide excellent architectural finishes Use in all concrete construction whether "in situ*, precast or prestressed Application to metal window and door frames to prevent adhesion of cement and mortar splashes during const ruction Advantages; r Non-Staining :No cleanlng of unsightly oil stains, i( plastering is not required > High coverage rate means K5 Shutrelease is economical to use.
> High quality finish: Produces really lair-faced concrete -
Versatile: Can be used on all types ol moulds
> Miinimises cleaning : Makes cleaning of form faces between pours very easily
> Concrete form: Reduces storage and transport costs
r Suitable for use with normal, off-white and coloured concrete. ' Easy to use. Provides water repellent, rainproof, rust inhibiting film to the formwork
> No discolouration or blotchiness, provides stain-free, "off-form" architectural concrete finishes. K5 Shutrelease Ru![]() Description; K5 Shutrelease Ru is a specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals having release properties, which are superior to those of conventional mould oil. The chemical react with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould, thereby enabling easy stripping from concrete and protects steel and wooden formwork. K5 Shutrelease Ru is supplied as a pale straw coloured, ready to use liquid. It reacts with the alkalis and water at the interface of the concrete and formwork to produce a thin film of lime soap, which breaks the bond enabling the formwork to be readily stripped. Excellent "off form" finish- produces a clear reproduction of formwork texture and sharp concrete feature. Use on all types ol formwork to enable clean stripping of forms and provide excellent architectural finishes It is formulated for application to plywood, timber, steel and plastic faced form work and moulds, prior to casting concrete, to ensure a clean release. Use In all concrete construction whether "in situ", precast or prestressed Application to wheelbarrows, trowels, buckets and other construction tools to facilitate cleaning and provide protection against rusting Application to metal window and door frames to prevent adhesion of cement and mortar splashes during construction
<!-- @page { size: 8.5in 11in; margin: 0.79in } P { margin-bottom: 0.08in } --> Advantages ; r Ensures good (air-laced concrete ' Can be used on all type of formwork
> Non-staining
> Excellent coverage.
r Minimum cleaning of shutters before re-use 'Saves labors.
> Can be used with steam curing.
> Reduce the incidence of air pocket and tendency of surface spelling of corners. ' No discolouration or blotchiness. provides stain-free, "off-form" architectural concrete finishes. > Suitable for use with normal, off-white and coloured concrete.
> Excellent "off-form" finish-produces a clear reproduction of formwork texture and sharp concrete features. * Protects aluminum windows and door frames from plaster and mortar splashes. > Easy to use, requires no mixing on site.
' Due to the excellent release properties, little or no deposit of cement paste remains on the shutter. Minimum cleaning time & a further coat of K5 Shutrelease Ru renders shuttering ready for re-use. |
