We are a part of Krishna Group that was established 35 years and comprises Krishna Copper Pvt. Ltd.

 

Our group started at Valsad in Gujarat and is engaged in manufacturing of a wide range of precision engineered copper and copper alloys bars, and rods. We also conduct melting process for all types of copper scraps. The clients can also avail from us hot rollers of copper products. In addition to these, the processing unit is installed with complete facilities of melting, hot rolling, casting and cold drawing in house.

 

We also manufacture and export various types of labels that include woven labels, polyester labels, satin taffeta labels and cotton labels. The unique range has enabled us to garner a wide client base of more than 1000 clients. Our integrated technology and quality tests at each production level has enabled us to offer an impeccable range of labels to our clients.

Our state-of-the-art infrastructure unit sprawls across a vast area of 3610 square meter. It has an installed capacity 300 tons and is designed as per the latest technology. The advanced production process involves the stringent hard work of our engineers and the enhanced working of the machines. The machines installed at the unit include:

Our experts make use of the following process to manufacture the quality range of products. The process is as follows:

In the process, we use the proportion of concentrated (60 %) and recycling markets (40 %). This includes the cathodes and precious metals, which are further, available in different shapes, pre-rolled strips, strip, wire rods and shaped wires.

Our range of CU strips, flats, rods, squares, sections, profiles and variety of labels can be custom made as per the requirements of the clients. These are efficiently packed and timely delivered to the clients.

Our production process comprises the following processes:

Melting: We melt copper scraps of all types and cathodes that are A grade line approved. Further, these can be casted into the following shapes:

• Tapered bars
• Square bars
• Rounds
• Cakes

We follow Indigenous and Gas Fired / Oil Fired process that enables us to offer copper products with excellent conductivity. Along with these, we also offer products with high phosphorous contents, silver bearing bars that are available in the required dimensions and are at par with the international standards.

Hot Rolling: Our unit was established in 1989 and is backed by a hot rolling plant with six stands. These operate in Valsad and have an annual capacity of 72,000 M. Tons. Apart from these, we also follow hot rolling process and offer all kinds of hot rolled bars, rounds, even flats meant for re rolling into other sizes.

Cold Drawing: With the help of the cast or hot rolled material, we provide the cold drawn finished copper wires, strips, flats, rods, sections, profiles, & components as per the client’s specifications and ensure these meet the various standards.

Coatings: Finally, any cold drawn items could be coated / plated by tin if required by customers.
