» Fully Automatic Pump Testing Panels
While using fully automatic panel, firstly pump is installed in to test bed and remaining work like Start, voltage regulating, pressure regulating, emergency stop, overload tripping etc., is done by panel & software. Then, user have to feed primary data and pressure head, on which pump is to be tested. After feeding the data, model is selected from the given list and pump is started from software. This pump Set will stop automatically after taking the required data.Hence saving of energy

» Semi Automatic Pump Testing Panels
PLC communicates with our software through RS232 (serial) communication and live data of panel is visible on computer screen. In semi-automatic panel, pump is installed in to test bed and is started from panel. Now, Parameters like voltage, Pressure and suction is adjusted & valve is set to obtain required pressure. After this, one button is pressed from the panel mounted PLC, to save data to PC.

» High Voltage Tester
Our variety of high voltage testers are offered with auto as well as manual functions. These testers are extensively used in motor & pump industries for checking wire or motor leakage. Our testers are available with auto tripping function for following cases :

Specification : Voltage input : 230 Volt A.C
Range : 0 – 5 kV, 500 mA, (For Submersible Wire, Pump / Motor manufacturer) 0 – 3 kV, 100 mA. (For Electric Motor manufacturer).

» Current Transformer (CT)
We offer multi ratio (selectable) and fixed ratio current transformers that are widely used in panel for meter range expansion. Accuracy of our transformers is 0.5 % in both the cases and meter shows correct value in higher load as well. These heavy duty transformers are panel fitted and their terminals are toughened & chromed on brass.
