Pump Testing Panels

We are engaged in manufacturing Standard Panels for the engineering industry. These testing panels are fabricated using quality approved components and are also tested on stringent parameters. PLC communicates with our software through RS232 (serial) communication and live data of panel is visible on computer screen. In semi-automatic panel, pump is installed in to test bed and is started from panel. Now, Parameters like voltage, Pressure and suction is adjusted & valve is set to obtain required pressure. After this, one button is pressed from the panel mounted PLC, to save data to PC.

While using fully automatic panel, firstly pump is installed in to test bed and remaining work like Start, voltage regulating, pressure regulating, emergency stop, overload tripping etc., is done by panel & software. Then, user have to feed primary data and pressure head, on which pump is to be tested. After feeding the data, model is selected from the given list and pump is started from software. This pump Set will stop automatically after taking the required data.Hence saving of energy
