Body of the machine is divided into two sections:

• Feeding Section: This section is compatible of Stainless Steel Hopper and a Vibrator with powder collector. As the capsules pass through Vibrator, some amount of powder get collected in the Stainless Steel Collector because of Vibration.
  
• Inspection Section: This part of Machine is compatible with a conveyor belt and varies speed drive. There is lighting source above this part of machine to inspect the capsules minutely. The capsules move on the conveyor belt and whole moving they revolve around their axis due to angular guides. The machine operator inspects visually and sort out if there is any defective capsules which is removed manually either by hand or pluckers.
  

Our customized range of Box Strapping Machines is widely used to strap cartons, wooden boxes, paper packages, etc. The industrial strapping machines uses polyethylene plastic band to tighten & get cut automatically. It can strap cartons of various heights without the need for bothersome strapping tools & metal seals. The industrial strapping machines are passed around a carton placed on a table.
