	Our Manufacturing Unit We have a well-facilitated manufacturing unit, equipped with state-of-the-art modern machinery's and a manufacturing plant. The various machines installed in it for the garments making primarily includes machines like- • Over lock sewing & stitching machines • Dyeing machines • Compacting machines • Embroidery machines • Cutting machines • Knitting machines With all these machines installed to our manufacturing unit, we are also facilities in our manufacturing unit, which includes- • Stain removing machines • Assembly line production • Finishing room with steam press • Pre-production sampling room • Sample washing facility.


	Maintaining Quality We are primarily concerned towards maintaining quality standards. So, we use finest grade of fabrics for our garments industry. To maintain the standards of the product on the parameters mentioned by the company, we check all the products again and again to ensure all the fabric is procured from the renown textile/fabric manufacturers and suppliers. We check for the proper stitching and cutting. From the procurement of the raw materials to their dispatch, every action is monitored by a team of quality check personnel. We assure perfection in design and finish with all our products.

	Warehousing & Packaging We own a fully equipped and well- facilitated warehouse with proper ventilation, where each of the finished products are kept with optimum care. The warehouse is kept well-ventilated, clean and free from insects or any harsh chemicals in order to avoid any kind of damages. For the packaging purpose, we have a specially aided packaging unit to arrange all the products proper delivery. For that, we own a manual packaging unit where we use moisture and insect proof packaging materials. Moreover, we insure the materials kept in a proper way to avoid crease and cuts or any accidental damages.


	Transportation For the proper and timely delivery of goods, we have maintained a good relationship with the transport agencies and C&F agents so that our products are delivered timely. Due to the good terms we maintain with them, enables us to gain the maximum facility and optimum care are taken while our products are transported. The transport is done using the fastest medium available. After the products are reached to their destination, we call up the clients to ensure if the products are delivered properly or not.


	Designing Unit We have a well-integrated designing unit, where a team of skilled and creative-minded fashion designers are recruited. They work hand-in-hand to give a range of exclusive ready made garments. The creative minded fashion designers employed in our industry use their innovative ideas and industry experience in drawing the designs in a piece of paper to applying it upon the fabric to give the fabric a perfect shape. We use the paper pattern making and grading system in our designing shop to bring the perfections. The modern tools and machinery used to design these products include- computer aided designs(CAD/CAM) and other modern designing tools.
