We extract menthol from mint herb by the process of multiple purification. Along with menthol we also supply various menthol based products, obtained during the distillation process. These products are used in various industrial applications in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, mouth fresheners, health care products and many more.

Large menthol crystals are produced by crystallizing menthol oil at an extremely low temperature. The crystals are snow-white in colour or sometime even transparent. These crystals release strong mint order which in very soothing and refreshing to the senses. The packed menthol crystals have to be stored cool place to retain their original shape. This is used for various industrial applications such as in making Oral products, Pharmaceutical Products, Confectionary Goods, Tobacco Goods, Perfumed Products Peppermint oils, etc.

Small menthol crystals are formed after the multi-purification process of chilled mint oil. They have the characteristics of mint and care has to be taken to retain their original shape. For their therapeutic qualities they are used in a number of products. These menthol crystals provide a cooling effect when inhaled or applied to the skin. Menthol relives one of headache sore throat, cold, indigestion, etc. This is also used in the production of lip balm, chewing gum, cigarettes, tobacco, toothpaste, etc.

Uses of Peppermint Oil

Rub 4-6 drops in the palm and rub over stomach and around the navel to relieve indigestion, flatulence and diarrhea.

Add a drop of Peppermint oil to herbal tea to aid in digestion and relieve heartburn.

Massage several drops of Peppermint oil on the area of injury to reduce inflammation.

Apply Peppermint oil immediately to an injured area (bruised shin, hit on the foot or hand) to relieve pain. If there is a cut, apply the Peppermint oil around (not on) the open wound.

Rub several drops of Peppermint oil on the bottoms of the feet to reduce fever.

Apply a drop of Peppermint oil topically on unbroken skin to stop itching.

For poison ivy or poison oak, apply Peppermint oil on location neat or dilute with V-6 Vegetable Mixing Oil.

Inhale Peppermint oil before and during a workout to boost your mood and reduce fatigue.

Massage several drops of Peppermint oil on the abdomen to relieve nausea.

To relieve a headache, rub a drop of Peppermint oil on the temples, forehead, over the sinuses (stay away from the eyes) and on the back of the neck.

To stop hiccups, apply a drop of Peppermint oil on each side of the fifth cervical vertebra (up three notches from the large vertebra at the base of the neck).

Place two drops of Peppermint oil on the tongue and rub another drop under the nose to improve alertness and concentration.

Diffuse Peppermint oil in the room while studying to improve concentration and accuracy. Inhale Peppermint oil while taking a test to improve recall.

Rub 4 drops of Peppermint oil on chest and stomach to relieve travel sickness.

Place a drop of Peppermint oil on the tongue and inhale into the nose and sinuses to relieve congestion from a cold.

Add Peppermint oil to food as a flavoring and a preservative.


To deter rats, mice, ants or cockroaches, place two drops of Peppermint oil on a cotton ball and place along the path or point of entry for these pests.

We specialize in producing menthol powder from the flakes of menthols, which are extracted from chilled mint oil. This has to be kept under controlled temperature conditions for fixed time period. The flakes comprise of 97% menthol and are colourless needle like crystals. Menthol powder is widely used in pharmaceutical, confectionery and flavoring industry. Menthol powder has to be packed in air tight packs.

We produce menthe arvensis oil, which is also known as peppermint oil is either colourless or pale yellow in colour. This has to be protected from light and filled in a air tight container in a controlled temperature environment. The oil contains 75% menthol. This is widely used in the production of products such as Chocolates, Inhalers, Cosmetics, Cough Drops, Mouth fresheners, Confectionery, tooth pastes, cosmetics and many other uses.

Peppermint oil is produced by steam distillation of the herbs of flavoring plants of Mentha Arvenses. Later menthol is partially removed by refrigeration and fractional distillation method. It is a colourless to palish yellow liquid, with mint aroma. It is used as a flavouring agent in tooth pastes, tooth powders, mouth washes, chewing gums and other preparations. It is also used in various pharmaceutical products. Peppermint oil is rectified to remove the terpenese content.

Our professionals efficiently extract spearmint oil from leaves of spearmint plant. This refreshing oil is packed in 180 kg, 25kg net in well-closed galvanized iron drums. This has to be protected from light and stored under controlled temperature conditions. It is a colourless, palish yellow or greenish yellow liquid. It is free of water and odour. Spearmints are used in Confectionery, Mouth freshners, Chocolates, Chewing Gums, Cough Drops, Analgesic Balms, Inhalers, Tobacco Products, Medicated Oils, Toothpaste, Cosmetics and in numerous other applications.

Thymol is a colorless crystal with aromatic odor similar to camphor. It is used in Herbal, Wintergreen, Antiseptic, Disinfectants, Origanum and in numerous other products. It is soluble in paraffin oil but is insoluble in water.

This is a colourless liquid and is as refreshing as mint. The Molecular Formula of menthone is C10H18O and it is slightly miscible in water, miscible in Ethanbol and Diethyl. This is packed in sturdy galvanized iron drums.

Methyl chavicol, is a natural organic compound. Its chemical structure consists of a benzene ring substituted with a methoxy group and a propenyl group. Estragole is a double-bond isomer of anethole. It is a colorless to pale yellow liquid. Estragole is used in perfumes and as a food additive for flavor.

We extract oil fro menthe citrate plant, a kind of mint. The whole plant is smooth, dotted with yellow glands and is of a dark green color, generally tinged with purple, especially the margins of the leaves, which are finally toothed. There are very conspicuous lines of yellow glands on the purple calyx
This herb has a characteristic lemon odor when crushed. It has numerous medicinal value, making it ideal to be used in pharmaceutical industries.
