Our world class range of products turnover in the category of hammers is between 0.5 to 2.0 tones and the capacity of forging products range from 500g to 20kg their weight carries the inherent prudence of high-grade material.

An appalling range has been developed in CAD & CAM covers application area like different forging parts of automotive tractors, eye bolts, cams, hooks and a very wide range of parts used in construction of buildings and bridges.

Our division has provided a full range of conventional and specialized heat treatment facilities. Forging can be supplied in semi-machined or fully machined conditions using a comprehensive extent of machines.

Also tried hands on upset forging jobs. The main quality of the up setter’s machines is that they have a capacity of 1-1/2”, 2” and 4” for all types of automotive axles forging.

The R&D department of the organization works dedicatedly to provide new and innovative methods of production. The large warehouse of the company is capable of storing the products safely and the company has built a long term partnership with customers all over the world.

We at K.S. Sons enjoy the trust of customers from India and abroad with our robust infrastructural setup comprising of state-of-the-art manufacturing units. These units are outfitted with closed die steel forging shop, fully equipped die-making unit including spark erosion and die sinking facilities, machine shop equipped with CNC turning and conventional machines etc.

We have all the facilities for normalizing, annealing and heat treatment and also are fully equipped with all testing facilities for physical, chemical and ultrasonic testing. Each of the products undergoes rigid testing and inspection at various stages from raw material till the final dispatch. Forgings are done in controlled temperature conditions.
