Wire Netting Industries is very proud to introduce Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride [CPVC] for the first time into this part of the globe, under license from Lubrizol, [formerly Noveon, USA] under brand name Astral FlowGuard CPVC. It is also manufacturing Industrial Piping System under brand name Astral Corzan CPVC. It has a techno commercial joint venture with Specialty Process LLC, USA, the world leaders of manufacturing FlowGuard CPVC Pipes and Fittings in USA since last 28 Years.

Astral FlowGuard pipes and fittings, manufactured by Astral Poly Technik Ltd, are made from the specialty plastic, chemically known as Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride [CPVC]. This CPVC compound shall meet cell class 23447 B as defined by ASTM D1784 and have a design stress of 2000 PSI and a maximum service temperature upto 93°C.

ASTRAL Foam core pipes are basically multilayer pipes having outer and inner layers of conventional UPVC Pipe and middle layer of foamed UPVC. Outer and inner layers are designed to take the load and middle layer of foamed UPVC gives rigidity and maintains the shape of the pipe under load. It reduces total weight of pipe and makes it light when compared to solid wall UPVC pipes.

ULTRA DRAIN PIPES : Our ULTRADRAIN pipes are manufactured as per IS:13592 in both ringfit & selfit with two different class named as ”TYPE A” & ”TYPE B”. TYPE A pipes are recommended for use in ventilation and rain water application while TYPE B pipes are recommended for soil and waste discharge applications. Pipes are available in all sizes in different lengths with single socket and double socket.
