We have sound infrastructural facilities that enable us to manufacture a precision engineered range of Tool Holders. The total area of our manufacturing plant is 40000 sq. ft. and is supported by power backup through 640 KVA generators. The unit is equipped with new generation CNC machines and multitasking CNC machines that perform various functions such as turning, milling and grinding. In addition, we have world class external, internal, surface and thread grinding machines that are used for producing the tools as per international standards. These machines are installed in air conditioned shop that is spread over an area of 6000 sq. ft. and perform high precision grinding.

The raw material used for manufacturing our range of tool holders includes quality alloy steel and bearing steel that are procured from reliable alloy steel manufacturers. To enable smooth production without interruption, the infrastructure also includes a factory which is spread over a plot area of 55000 sq. ft. it is supported by an advanced In-house design unit and sound CAD/ CAM facilities for creating improved designs of tool holders.
