We offer rubber rock drill hose that finds its use in deep excavation operations undertaken in mines , construction of hydel projects , dams & wherever drilling is required in hilly and rocky terrains. Rubber rock drill hose lining is seamless made up from a blend of natural and synthetic rubber compound, which is resistant to oil and mist. The reinforcement is of plies of woven textile or braiding of high strength synthetic fiber.

The cover of our rubber rock drill hose is made of natural rubber and can be smooth or wrapped. The cover is also highly resistant to Weather. These are available in temperature between -31°F to 158°F.

Our rubber carbon free hose (Rubber Carbon Free /Cable Coolant Hose) are used for carying power cables, in glass works, electrical furnaces, servicing in iron & steel industries for protection from exposure of high temperature, current leakage, radiation from steel furnace, open flame and splashes of hot metal. Lining of this hose is made from natural, synthetic or blended rubber that are nonconductive and smooth. Reinforcement is of natural, synthetic rubberized woven textile fabric. The cover is made of synthetic rubber compound that is oil, heat and electrical resistant that are available with or without asbestos.

The lining of our rubber chemical hose is of EPDM, chloroprene, acrylonitrile, butyl, SBR, hypalon, natural rubber compound or a blend of thereof depending on the liquid for which the hose is to be employed. Reinforcement of our rubber chemical hose consists of plies of rubberized woven textile with or without wire helix. The hose is covered with natural or synthetic rubber and are either plain or wrap finish. These are available in temperature between -40°F to 248°F.

We offer rubber hydraulic hose that has wide applications in hydraulic machines like hydraulic lifts, cranes and in many hydraulic equipments. These are also used in J C B Machines. The inner tube is made of superior quality rubber that are oil resistant. It is braided with high tensile SS wire and made of quality rubber that are oil and whether resistant.

Our rubber oil suction hose is specifically manufactured for dock and offshore operation of petroleum and products containing not more than 25 % aromatic hydrocarbon content. It has uniform lining of suitable rubber compound, and are resistant to all grades of petroleum and blended products having aromatic hydrocarbon content not more then 25%. Reinforcement of our hose is made of plies of nature or synthetic woven fabric rubberized with a suitable compound and two helical G.S Wire (as per IS :280/78) embedded in the reinforcement plies in case of smooth bore and in rough bore hose.

Electrical bonding or our rubber oil suction hose is of cooper wire comprising a number of strands of is embedded between the reinforcements plies to provide electrical continuity along the whole length of the hose. Cit has corrugated outer cover having cloth-marked finished with a suitable rubber compound resistant to abrasion weather and oil. End connection of the hose has build- in nipples with or without flanges as per customer's specification. Length of the hose is upto 75mm nominal bore size length of the hose is available upto (18.0 mtrs.) in hand built hoses maximum and in extruded hoses continuous long length is available. Above 75 mm nominal bore size length of the hose is available upto 7.5 mtrs. These are available in temperature between -40°F to 200°F.

Our range of rubber water suction hose is widely used for suction of water under low pressure and finds its application in irrigation, dam projects, agriculture, excavation of mines and de watering operations. The Lining of our rubber water suction hose is of natural rubber compound and are free from air blisters, porosity or any other visible defects. The reinforcement is of natural or synthetic fabric or a combination there of with a helical GS wire embedded between the reinforcement plies in case of smooth bore and internal in case of rough bore.
Our rubber water suction hose cover is corrugated, cloth-marked finish and made from natural rubber compound that are resistant to abrasion and weather. Each hose length has soft ends for clamping or can be supplied with built in nipples and flanges on request. These are available in temperature between -40°F to 158°F.
