Established in the year 1999, we are a well established Firm engaged in the manufacturing and supplying of graded gray iron castings. Our foundry located at Belgaum, which has a staff strength of 100 peoples. We are offering a wide range of castings for engineering products and other components which are manufactured using grey iron castings.Our castings are used in industries which are manufacturers of valves, pulleys, couplings, butterfly valves, industrial valves, machine tools, auto pumps, automotive valves.
We provide customized solutions to our valuable clients and package consignments as per their specifications. Under the able guidance of our CEO Mr. Mahesh S Kudale, he enabled us to achieve a remarkable progress in our field. Our efficient team coupled with advanced machineries helps us to meet the bulk demands from the market. We have a huge client network throughout the country.
Quality is our prime focus.Our quality auditors supervise every stage of production and conduct various quality tests to ensure the supreme quality of our range. We have been certified with ISO 9001:2008 from (TUV SUD). Our well equipped manufacturing unit helps to meet the huge demands from our clients. We have 2 manufacturing units, which are spread over a large area of 40000 square feet for the sufficient production.Owing to these reasons we have a wide client base all over the country.

State-of-the-art Infrastructure We have a well equipped infrastructure unit, which help us to meet the bulk demands from our customers. It includes 2 manufacturing units, each of them spread over a vast area of 20000 square feet. Every unit has a production capacity of 200 tons in one calendar month and average production capacity ranges to 150 tons a month. It includes various equipment that are inspected from time to time along with ensuring the optimum utilization of resources. Our manufacturing units include the following machines and equipment:
• Divider blast cupola
• Induction Furnace 500 Kgs & 300 Kgs pot
• Shot blasting machine
• Sand muller
• Hand operated pin lift
• Molding machine
• Electric core oven
• Molding boxes fix and loose
• Table grinder
• Flexible angle grinder
• Over head crane
These machines and equipment help us to conduct following casting and molding processes:
• Traditional hand-molding methods using green sand with binders
• Heavier castings (greater than 50 to 60 kilogram part wt ) are molded with the CO2 process
• Cores are produced either in no-bake, oil-sand or shell depending on core complexity and definition required
• Melting process is conducted in a coke fired divider blast cupola and induction furnace.

Product Portfolio We provide castings for engineering products and components which are made with superior quality of raw material such as pig iron, scrap, mild steel and coke. We procure the material from reliable vendors including SESA GOA, TATA METALIX and many others.
Our cast products include valves, valve actuators, single groove, two groove and conveyor pulleys, engineering parts, auto pumps, motor covers, hubs, DC motors, engineering instruments, Special purpose machine slides, body and other machine parts, cast iron coupling, coupling castings, pulley castings, engineering part castings, iron castings. The tests on chemistry and tensile strength of our range are outsourced to Government laboratories.
In addition, material testing (chemical and physical) is done in independent laboratory, which is located around 1 – 0.5 kilometers from our foundry. As a mark of excellence of our range, we ensure that test certificate is provided with each one of them.
