Founded in the year 1954, Kumar Industrial Works is a renowned manufacturer, exporter and supplier of an assortment of precision engineered mechanical oil expellers. Our products are widely acceptable in heavy industries engaged in extraction of oil for crushing edible and non-edible oils. The all encompassing array of our products comprises of Oil Extractors, Seed Cleaners, Expeller, Filter press, Huller, Decordicator, Steam Generator, Storage tanks, Elevators, Screw conveyor, Pipelines, Esterfication plant, Motors, Surface Grinder and Rasper.

We use the best grades of raw materials procured from reliable vendors from across the country. Apart from quality raw materials, we are also supported with a highly advanced production unit coupled with a qualified group of professionals. With a firm hold on our present share of the markets, our future plans include setting up of a manufacturing unit in Africa. This will give us an added leverage for reaching out to a larger global clientele.

Our company was founded by Mr. G. Ramakrishnan in partnership with Mr. R. Sivakumar, who have prior experience in production of high standard products in the field of bio-fuel and oil expeller manufacturing. Mr. Sivakumar's rich experience in designing and manufacturing of latest products has been duly recognized by various state government organizations and international bio-diesel customers. Under his expert guidance and leadership, our company has grown strength-by-strength and has been giving a consistent performance in terms of manufacturing and supplying of heavy engineering products to reputed companies like BHEL. Mr. Sivakumar has also delivered lectures and conducted seminars on bio-fuel technologies across the country.

We are also backed by a capacious warehouse that can store voluminous amounts of finished products till they are delivered to their respective destinations. Further, we have divided our warehouse in to properly labeled sections to ensure that the products of each category are stacked together and delivered without any wastage of time. Our company also has an in-house packaging section as well as facilities for outsourcing packaging assistance.

Apart from storage and packaging, we also outsource our transportation back up. For making timely deliveries, we need an estimated lead time of 60 days for delivery within India and 90 days for international clients. Concerning our payment modes, we accept DD (Demand Drafts) from clients within India and provide LC (Letter of Credit) for our foreign clients.

Built over a sprawling complex covering 45,000 sq. ft. of total area, our production unit is an amalgamation of modern equipment and machines for production and an efficient and qualified team for handling the involved processes. Our production process encompasses both machine made and labor intensive production procedures. The judicious blend of both forms has resulted in our ability to produce 2 expeller machines per month. Our vast production unit is divided into separate sections for research and development (design), production, quality checks and export.
