The Promoters of the company are in engineering industry since 3 Decades and have pioneered light textile machine manufacture in Kolhapur area. Incorporated in March 1993, mainly started for small machine manufacture, further, auto component manufacturing was added to the mainstream activities. The company currently is supplying machined components in "shipped to use" condition directly to assembly lines of TVS SUZUKI and TATA Indica. C The Company has won 1995 Panchganga Award from Dr.Haldikar Science Foundation, Kolhapur, for its product ANGEL NEBULISER. The Company is the first Nebuliser manufacture in India. C The Company has won 1997 Udyog Shree Award from Ichalkaranji Engg. Association for excellence in machining. C The Company started its own Non-ferrous Foundry for producing quality Aluminium Gravity Diecast (Permanent Mould) components in April 1999.
