It also exhausts the air to the atmosphere that is clean and pollution free.

Methods of abrasive blasting:

Induction – Suction Principle:

A partial vacuum created by high velocity airflow, draws the abrasive media form the storage hopper into the blast gun.

Direct Pressure Principle:

The abrasive is pressured in a pressure vessel and imparted forcefully to the nozzle, wherein the media attains high velocity and thus the blasting is intensive.

Wet Slurry Induction Principle:

Water and abrasive Slurry is sprayed through the Blast Gun on the job for blast cleaning. The process is also called wet blasting, liquid honing.

Pressure Blasting Cabinets

The Pressure Blasting Cabinets that we offer works on Direct - Pressure principle of abrasive blasting, wherein the abrasive is pressured in a pressure vessel and imparted forcefully to the nozzle to attain high velocity and make the blasting intensive. Using these pressure blasting cabinets facilitates in abrasive particles acquiring high velocity as compared to suction blasting, giving high production output. These are ideally recommended for removing thick and hard deposits, de-burring and de-flashing of hard metal parts using medium to coarse grain of abrasive particles. This pressure blasting cabinet also enables perform shot peening and stress relieving to medium as well as high peening intensity.

We offer these in three standard models such as KUP – 91/82, and KUP – 120/90 and KUP – 150/120. Our personnel also enable us offer these in customized specifications to meet the individual customer requirements.

Suction Blasting Cabinets

These cabinets work on the Induction - Suction principle of abrasive blasting, wherein a partial vacuum is created by high velocity airflow that draws the abrasive media from the storage hopper into the blast gun. It is ideal for blast cleaning, de-burring, de-scaling, removing thin deposits on soft metallic parts and de-flashing of plastic and molded components. These suction blasting cabinets are also used for providing matt finish, wherein the abrasives used are of medium to fine grade size BS Mesh 25 or finer. Our range is also ideal for stress relieving and shot peening for low medium peening intensity.

Wet Blasting / Liquid Honing Machines

We offer our clients with a qualitative range of Wet Blasting / Liquid Honing Machines that works on the Wet Slurry Induction principle of abrasive blasting. This machine facilitates by spraying the water and abrasive slurry through the Blast Gun on the job for blast cleaning, which is called as ‘Wet Blasting’ or Liquid Honing. The machine that we offer makes use of fine to super fine abrasive that is used for removing the thin deposits, scales, fine burrs from multi-tooth cutting tools, and for super finishing of machined surfaces without damaging the sharp edges and tolerances. These machines also have zinc metallized inside walls to prevent the equipment against corrosion.

Abrasive Blasting Cabinets With Optional Accessories

Tumble Basket :

Our range includes Timer Controlled Motorized Tumble Basket that is installed on the side door of the cabinet. This basket is used for automatic blast cleaning of smaller similar components in a suitable batches and is available in two sizes :

Length mm/ Dia. Mm/ Load Capacity kg: 300/ 250 / 20 and 350 / 300 /25

Inside Turn Table :

Manual or motorized Turn Table is fixed on bearing inside the cabinet to impart job rotation.

Standard Turn Table Dia. (mm) and Load Capacity (Kg): 500 / 50, 600 / 50 and 700 / 60

Work Car with Turn Table and Mounted Track Extension :

We also offer Track Extension inside and outside the cabinet for Work Car movement, wherein the Work Car is fitted with manual Turn Table so that job is loaded and unloaded outside the cabinet.

Work Car with Water Wash Pan: (For Wet Blasting Model only)

Wet Blasted components needs rinsing and thus, water wash pan is fixed outside the cabinet with splash system outside the cabinet. The Water Wash Pan length is approximately 1500 mm and Work Car length is 500 mm, 600mm and 700 mm.
