Fabric Bag Dust Collector
We offer our clients with a comprehensive range of Fabric Bag Dust Collectors, wherein the dust laden air enters the housing from the suction created by the exhaust fan and passes through fabric bags. These dust collectors collect the coarser and medium dust particles that falls into the bottom of the tray/ hopper due to the loss of momentum. Additionally, the fine dust particles also get deposited on the inner surface of the fabric bags and clean air is passed across the bag surface and subsequent into atmosphere. It also has a bag shaking arrangement that is manual for small housing while bigger size fabric bags can be incorporated with motorized bag shaking arrangement operated through timer. Cyclone Dust Collectors
We bring forth our clients a comprehensive range of Cyclone Dust Collectors. These Dust Collectors work on the principle of Cyclonic Separation for heavier particles from dust laden air due to cyclonic action. In this system the dust laden air enters the cyclonic dust collector in radial direction, wherein the suction created by exhaust fans cause the cyclonic action. The use of these collectors enables the client collect the heavy and medium particles that falls down in the bottom tray. Further, the fine particles are exhausted to the atmosphere through outlet of exhauster. These are also used for primary separation of the dust particles.
