The Low Pressure Portable Abrasive Blasters offered by us also works on ‘Pressure Feed’ System, resulting in very High cleaning rate. It includes the Pressure Vessel that is manufactured as per IS:2825 and hydraulically tested at 250 psig. The nozzle used in this machine is made from Tungsten Carbide lined for offering long lasting life. We offer these machines that possess Low weight and anti-static blast hose. These are also supplied with remote control for on/ off of the Blasting operation and operated with compressed air and hence need no electricity.
The Low Pressure Portable Abrasive Blasters are fitted with specially designed ‘Dump Valve’ Assembly, which facilitates low working pressure at the discharge of the Blast Nozzle. These are mounted on three wheels and are portable as well as easily carried to the desired place. It also contains a moisture separator unit in the air line fitting of the machine to prevent moisture and water contents to enter the machine.
Moreover, these are ideal for Low Intensity Blasting on thin sheets, wood, and glass and are specially designed for Glass Bead Blasting.
