Gehlot, Kushal Udhyog is engaged in manufacturing and exporting of an assortment of precision engineered and latest technology incorporated Operated Abrasive Sand / Shot Blasting and Shot Peening equipment. Our range includes Portable Abrasive Blasters, Suction Blasting Cabinet, Blast Room System, Close Cercuit Vacuum Blaster, Sand Short Blasting Spares, Abrasive Recovery System and Operator Safety Wears. Owing to our expertise in the industry, we are able to comprehend the customer’s requirement and manufacture a precision engineered range of Press Blasting Cabinet, Wet Blasting Cabinet, Industrial Dust Collector, Bag Dust Collectors, Cyclone Dust Collector and Fabric Bag Dust Collectors as per the technical specification of our clients.

Design And Development
Our product range includes standard equipments and custom built machines, to suit individual application need. Sample components or similar dummy components are processed to obtain desired qualitative and quantitative results by using appropriate abrasive with varying process parameters like air pressure, nozzle distance, nozzle traverse speed and job linear / angular speed. Based on such trials process parameter range is established.
While designing custom built machines linear and rotary motions are analyzed for load, speed, torque and motion accuracy requirements and accordingly the elements of the motion system is finalized. The input material and bought out components are finalized based on process parameter range established during sample processing.
The equipment is designed on CAD system. Equipment’s individual part drawing is prepared to facilitate manufacturing / fabrication. All such manufactured and fabricated parts are assembled along with bought out items to complete the equipment assembly. Functional trial and final testing is carried out to ensure safe and trouble free operation of equipment for its intended application. |
