Quality Assurance

To constantly prove our worth as a quality conscious firm, we make sure that only premium quality raw material is used by us to manufacture our range of bags. Our raw material jute, cotton and canvas are sourced from reliable dealers wherein the fabrics are produced on automatic looms in an organized firm and also on handlooms in decentralized sector. Fabrics available in Natural shade as also in bleached and dyed forms are coated with LDPE or HDPE in order to impart physical strength, shape and water-resistance to the Bags.

Our quality inspectors scrutinize all processes carefully and check the finished products on various to ensure impeccable products. The various quality parameters that our range is checked on are:

Moreover, to produce the prints, colors & designs as per the specifications of the clients, we print manually by silk screen printing process, and use Acramine reactive dyes and also Vegetable dyes, if the customer desires. We do running printing as well as piecemeal printing in different patterns & shades for logos, motifs, names, images, environment objects, etc. which create an impact on the sale value of the final products. We commonly use Vat dyes for colors in sophisticated tones.
