Background of the Company
Late Mr. Suresh B. Uttarkar started Kwality Products in year 1975 as a job-working unit. It was mainly engaged in the activity of machining various engineering products. With the gradual increase in the level of experience and confidence, Kwality Products entered into the field of job development through reverse engineering. As the years passed, Kwality Products gained the reputation as a supplier with high quality, responsibility and ability to develop complex parts. In year 2004 Anand S. Uttarkar was deployed as the CEO of the company. Since than Kwality Products has targeted to be a global player in the field of aerospace components manufacturing.
Kwality Products has implemented ISO 9001:2000 and is exporting aerospace components (Vanes) to USA. With the exposure to international market, Kwality Products thoroughly understands the importance of maintaining world class quality, delivery and cost standards. The CEO, Mr. Anand Uttarkar is a qualified engineer with a M.S. degree in Industrial engineering from Texas, USA.

Background of the General Manager
The GM, Mrs. Priya Uttarkar is a Mechanical Engineer with a post graduation diploma in Tool & Die designing from Indo-German Tool-Room, India. Business Philosophy and Business Strengths
1) As the CEO and GM are technically qualified, the general orientation of the company is towards technical excellence .The work culture has also been developed accordingly.
2) The company has endeavored to meet and achieve the quality standards set by the customers.
3) The company implements, the Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) and 5 S techniques to keep the entire system up to mark.
4) To facilitate all the above at operational level, experienced and qualified manpower has been employed.
