This development comes in to two models 2 tier & 3 tier, can also be called as yarn doubler. Where two yarns are twisted into "S" and covered into "Z" at the same time. Suitability of this yarns are in embroidery and fish net type material. We have this machine in to testing and working condition, development of this has shown a better future but slower one, productivity of yarn on this machine is cheaper with better quality, maintenance has produce least work to do. Performance is overall best but we are making few changes on it.

Roving machine the terms use for this machine comes from direct spinning machine whereas spun yarn is twisted directly to regular thread yard which is a primary processing. But this is a little bit different from that, here spun is slubbed unto base yarn at particular and randomized motion & all that is done on control panel as programmed. The trend is not here, as in extensive use of this quality due to spun yarn needed. Normally this yarn quality is used for weavers, using for furnishing materials, some them has already started to weave for shirting and & suiting materials. But those days are very near. We have developed & supplied few machines, and are performing better results on it.
