Air plug gauge is one of our most appreciated and demanded equipments. In this device, the air plugs are provided through bores, stepped or blind bores. These plugs are offered in diameter range of 4 mm to 200 mm. Its salient features are as follows:

Working on the process of air gauging, the air ring gauge is known for its durability and long operating life. The product is suitable for through or stepped external diameter and is available for diameter range of 5 mm to 100 mm. Salient features of the product include:

• 3 jets in one plane can be supplied to measure lobbing and taper diameter.

We manufacture and export finest quality air caliper gauge which is developed from quality-proven raw materials. The equipment is provided with a carbide resting and “v” resting. This is ideal for components held in between its centers or where air ring gauges are difficult to measure external diameters.

We can supply special 6 jet air calipers to measure 3 diameters at a time, of components such as crank shafts, camshafts etc.

We specialize in custom development of multigauging units with fixtures. These units are capable of measuring squareness, flatness and straightness of different equipments. It includes a connecting rod and engine valves. We can customize these units as per the requirements of our clients.

Since our inception, we have acquired expertise in developing a wide range of vanes that are used in aircraft engines. Different types of vanes available with us are:

Introduction :
These are special double shut-off couplings for hydraulic duty condition upto 700 Kg/cm2 (10000 PSI) ideally suitable for high pressure hydraulic circuits. The DV-700 series is not simple modified version of another coupling series but has been designed and constructed specifically for high pressure hydraulic application. These couplings are designed specifically for air services with reciprocating, puisating and rotary motion tools. For this reason they are often referred to as pneumatic couplings.
Operations : To connect just pull back the sleeve and push the coupler on to the adapter and release the sleeve. To disconnect, pull again the sleeve back to separate the coupler and adapter. The valve automatically opens on connection and closes on disconnection.

Introduction : These are without any valve arrangement, ensuring for off-line, duly lakproof, joins in seconds therefore they require manual shut-off valves in both lines, if fluid loss is to be prevented when the coupling is disconnected quickly detachable shut-off valves. Unrestricted bore of the coupling provides/permits full flow fluids. These couplings can handle vicious liquids, chemicals and even powders.
Operation : To connect pull back the locking sleeve and push adaptor into the coupler. Release the sleeve and the coupler will look into the adaptor. To disconnect pull the sleeve back and remove the adaptor.
