We manufacture Mercury Filled Temperature Gauges made of sensor bulb, transmitting capillary and a special flat bourdon tube, which are pressure-filled with mercury. As temperature changes the bulb will change the pressure in the system and indicated on the scale, calibrated in temperature units. A Bi-metal device is connected to the bourdon tube to compensate for temperature error due to variation in ambient temperature.

Operational Principle: The operation is a tapered flow tube precision machined inside the acrylic body. When flow occurs, the position of the float within the tube indicates flow rates on a calibrated scale engraved on the acrylic body. With integral construction, a needle valve and flow ports are built into the acrylic body, resulting in a very compact design.

Applications: These meters are widely used in de- mineralizing plant manufactures use with all plastic fitting to eliminate correction completely.
