About UsKOP team is lead by Sarita Rawat as the Principal Partner. She has a Masters in Statistics followed by an MBA in International Business from IIM Calcutta.
With over 14 years of professional experience, Sarita’s expertise is in vendor, client and team management.
At Livebridge Inc India facility she oversaw call center operations including; customer service, telemarketing, technical support, email and chat support, order taking, verifications, welcome calls, etc for some of the Top US banks, Retail, Appliance & DTH providers.
She was also VP Global Operations Command Centre at HSBC overlooking the entire HSBC UK outsourced operations across multiple countries (India, Sri Lanka, China, Philippines & Malaysia), She was responsible for performance management, process re-engineering and relationship management representing HSBCUK management in India & HSBC Outsourced facilities to UK management.
She was also responsible for managing a multi-functional department who headed different SBU’s at outsourced facilities. Formerly, Sarita was representing Capital Finance in India looking after their entire outsourcing needs.
She attributes success to her ability to build relationships both internally and externally and credits her professional networking as well.
