· Gap between the walls fitted with glass wool insulation to avoid heat loses.

· Temp.is controlled by thermostat.

· Temp.range 50 C TO 250 C and Accuracy : +- 2 C

· Air Ventilations are placed on top of both sides to remove hot gases / fumes.

· In memmert Type units heaters placed at the right and left side of the inner chamber.

· All the control switches & pilot lamps are fitted on the front panel.

· Trays should be supplied with G.I. wire mesh.

Laminar Air Flow Bench

Our GMP model, Laminar air flow chambers are available in Vertical as well as Horizontal Models and used where high-tech manufacturing and assembly takes place and thus widely found in semiconductor assembly, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, aerospace, food, medical devices and hospitals. These Laminar air flow chambers are tested on various quality parameters to ensure smooth functioning and manufactured with Class 100 airflow in the work region in accordance to US FED STD 209.

Digital Muffle Furnace

It is light weight and fast heating equipment. Most useful for Ashing, Fasions, Igniting and heat treating of small parts in chemical, industrial fields, colleges. Out side body made up of heavy gauge M.S /G.I duly powder coated Inner muffle with high temp. insulating material. 0 0 Maximum Temperatures 1000 C/1200 C & working temperature 0 0 930 C/1130 C. Temp. Controlled by Digital Temperature Controller cum Indicator.
Heating elements made of kenthal wire would extremely on the muffle. Control panel fitted on top of the units with indicating Lamps & Switches. A Uniform heat distribution through all 4 sides with kental wire. A special solid state silver fuse for protection to elements in case of over heating. Operates on 230 Volts A.C Only. UV Cabinets

The UV cabinets that we manufacture are suitable for scrutinizing thin-layer chromatograms and the objects in undarkened room. The front of the box has a magnetic lock and a glass filter is offered to protect the eyes against UV light. We ensure to maintain the perfect distance between UV lamp, object and the observer's eye. Magnetic Stirrer with Hot Plate

Mini Mag Stirrer with hot plate is compact, S.S. top solid state motorised magnetic stirrer. This variable speed magnetic strirrer has stepless solid state speed regulator having facility of soft start & restart. Soft start facility increses the speed of rotation gradually, which does not allow teflon magnetic bit to slip from its centre. Restart switch is provided to bring the teflon stirring bit at the centre. Heat control is to regulate the heat of the S.S. top hot plate.
