Our Products Our textile automation systems which are designed to monitor looms through various machine terminals integrate the various functions of the looms and their operators and enhance overall productivity. Our products include software and machinery such as digital scoreboard, loom monitoring system, loom automation consulting, data collection service, production administration service, production reporting service, report generation - loom data, report generation - knit data, report generation - spin data, loom score board and loom machine terminal. The machine terminals provided by us are connected to loom machines and they collect data from the loom machines on various parameters which are then transferred to the online system. The online monitoring system generates reports on various parameters for calculating the efficiency of the loom machine. The soft ware supplied by us is User friendly software. It enables collection of the data from the machine terminal every minute. The collected data are presented in various formats. various pop Down Menus enable the viewing of the online Data, Input the Standard Data like Style ,machine ,Operator, Supplier etc , Assign data to the machine allows User levels with password control for the management Staff to operate the software. It also generates Standard reports and Customized Reports, Online Help and ERP interface. |

Manufacturing Facility
Our state of the art manufacturing occupies a sprawling space of 2500 sq. ft. with a capacity to produce 15000 units. There are many advanced machines deployed at the facility and the power is supplied through Power supply Multiplexer which Provides DC Supply to all Machine Terminals.
