Digital Scoreboard

The loom digital scoreboard is based on the production recorded by the weaving monitoring. For each of the weaving machines production orders, warp orders and pieces can be planned. Yarn requirement calculations can be linked with the logistics module for a better yarn inventory management. The score board is used to show the effectiveness of the loom machines.

Data Collection Services:

Data collection service is an information-conveying system for communicating conditions on a number of textile machines to a computer or recorder whereby the machines themselves notify the computer or recorder whenever a trigger condition, such as stoppage, occurs and whenever it ends.
