Digital Scoreboard

The loom digital scoreboard is based on the production recorded by the weaving monitoring. For each of the weaving machines production orders, warp orders and pieces can be planned. Yarn requirement calculations can be linked with the logistics module for a better yarn inventory management. The score board is used to show the effectiveness of the loom machines.

Data Collection Services:

Data collection service is an information-conveying system for communicating conditions on a number of textile machines to a computer or recorder whereby the machines themselves notify the computer or recorder whenever a trigger condition, such as stoppage, occurs and whenever it ends. Each of a number of looms encodes its address onto a number of address lines when it stops and communicates the cause of stoppage to the computer or recorder on a number of return lines.

Temperature Controller
Temperature Controller

Temperature controller is a measurement device used on temperature control. Thermocouple-type and resistor-type temperature controllers measure temperature electronically, obtaining the temperature change from the sensor and sending the measured data to the electronic processor.
