We are fabricating automatic fly ash and clay block making machine is primarily an automatic mechanically operated machine. The machine has a high capacity of about 1000 - 2000 bricks / hour and performs with a power of 7.5 H. P. also, the machine is provided with an indexed rotary table with three stations 120°. Hydraulic Concrete Block Making Machine

Single vibrator: This is primarily a regular machine that is available with only one vibrator to the mould.
Double vibrator: Single vibrator can be easily be transformed into double vibrator system by adding one more vibrator to the mould.
Triple vibrator: In these vibrators, very high compacted blocks with compressive strength, low water absorption are mixed in desired ratios.
