Wall Groove Cutting Machine

Power supply:

A. Groove cutting machine to be connected to single phase 220 volts,ac, 5ohz power supply.

B. This machine is provided with 3 meters 3 core wire. Out of which red wire is to be connected with phase of the power supply, black to the neutral and yellow to the earth.

cutting operation:

A. Make a mark with wet chalk on the place where groove is needed to a width of 30mm.

B. Wet the wall with water on the wall in the previous night for best result.

C. Hold the machine in such a way that on/off switch on the top side.

D. Place the bottom roller on the wall and gently press the switch and the machine against the wall and allow to take groove slowly.

E. Press the machine in such a way that both the rollers to slide on the wall and allow the machine to get down slowly with respect to the chalk mark by gravity itself.

F. Now you can get a groove of 32mm wide and 32mm depth.

G. Similarly for horizontal grooves also allow the machine to take groove towards left.
