Our Manufacturing Procedure

Our range is manufactured by using powered machine that provides it a hydraulic and linear crushing strength. These are extruded through pipe mills with de airing system, cut to size of easy handling ranges up to 60 cms approximately. Later than proper drying these are put into firing in the kiln at a temperature of 1250 degree centigrade. After completing the procedure, salting is done by throwing salt in the fireboxes that forms thin coating of salt glaze on surface of the pipes.
