Hot & cold working shear blades & rotary cutters are manufactured with proper balance of alloy and blade geometry to give extra ordinary long working life. Various grades of toughest alloy tool steels with abrasion and corrosion resistance are carefully heat treated and precision ground under stringent in-process quality controls. Long blades up to 4500 mm with cutting capacity of 40 mm. in mild steels & circular blades up to 600 mm. diameter are manufactured with great specialization.

Paper Guillotine knives, sheeter knives and side trimmers etc,. Are manufactured using claded steels with O1 Steel inlay at the cutting edge and also fully hardened solid alloy steels, while maintaining straightness, parallelism, sharpness and uniformity with strength and durability.

Circular Slitters and Cutters up to 400mm dia are made for cutting paper, foil, films and synthetics with precision. Packaging & paper converting knives such as eccentric slotter, rotary slotter, four bar rotary cutting machine knives and board cutter knives for all standard makes of machines are supplied from ready stock.
