Presently we have launched a new version in “PIVOT TYPE BANDSAW MACHINE”.
 
Generally in Pivot type Bandsaw machine, The lifting of cutting arm is manual. So after cutting the Job , one has to lift the cutting arm upto the job size .The Cutting Feed in manual Pivot type Bandsaw machine is “ Gravity – self weight”  only. So the cutting feed is not uniform throout the Job size. It varies as per the Gravity – Weight of the Arm.
 
Now, In new development we have put a Electro-mechanical device which eliminates the Drawback of “Gravity feeding“ and  “manual Arm lifting”. In this arrangement The cutting feed can adjusted precisely as per the Grade of material. The Cutting feed is controlled by infinitely variable speed drive. It can be increased OR decreased as in the case of hydraulic feeding .
 
Moresoever after cutting of the Job, the machine arm gets lifted automatically upto the job size OR setting of upper limit switch.
 
This is very low cost solution for those custmor who wants the advantages of “ Hydraulic Double column Bandsaw machines“ but cannot afford the price of this high value machine.
 
Auto Lifting &  Cutting Feed Adjustment  Device: This arrangement makes the pivot type Bandsaw machine more Precise & vibration free . So the life of Bandsaw blade is increased and the cutting accuracy will be much much better than conventional pivot type Bandsaw machine.
 
This attachment consists of -

   1. Drive motor with reduction gear box
   2. Lead screw & nut
   3. Electric panel board with variable frequency drive

BLADE GUIDES : The Guide ensure accurate cutting & long blade life. They are factory set. It consists of spring loaded, self- adjusting carbide-faced inserts. Adjustment screws are provided to allow easy blade changing. The blade is guided by Roller bearing & Carbide wear pads.

SAW FEED: Saw head "up & down' motion is controlled by hydraulic cylinder and regulated by a pressure compensated Flow control Valve.

JOB CLAMPING: This is controlled by hydraulic cylinder & valves. The jaws of the front & Rear vices are in one straight line and perpendicular to the Blade. The Movement of jaws of both the vices are controlled by hydrauliccylinderS Valves.

SPLIT FRONT VICE : This unique vice design permits the workpiece to be automatically indexed to a Reduce remnant of 50mm only. The vice securely clamps the workpiece on both side of the cut thus minimizing drop-off burrs. This design is most suitable for nesting or bundle cutting and is ideal for cutting short length pieces.

AUTO LENGTH INDEXING & LENGTH COUNTER: The Automaticfeeding of job is aisodone by indexing. The feed length can set by means of Screw & Digital counter assembly with length accuracy of /- 0.2mm. The handwheel is provided to set the cutting length upto 400mm which can be read on digital counter in increment of 0.1mm. The multiple stroke makes it possible to multiply the number of index cycles when pieces longerthan 400mm are required. (Available in DCAAutomatic models).

NESTING FIXTURE / BUNDLE CLAMPING: ANesting fixture set consists of hydraulicaly operated vertical clamps which are mounted on the rear and the front vices. This makes it possible to cut multiple pieces at a time.

Double Column Bandsaw Machine offered by us has following componnets:

SAW HEAD: Saw head unit is supported by two rigid hard-chrome plated & ground vertical columns, which are guided by "INA" make PTFE self lubricated Bushes.
