The scenarios in the customised / tailor made machinery segment are some what similar with small sector industries. the presence of small sector industries in this field is very less in india & hence competition is not much in india, but since the technology is changing day in day out and the other technologycally sound countries are exposing themselves very well in this field henceforth we have to aware of cost effective solutions to our clients. keeping in the view of unforeseen over head cost or in the other word the ornamental cost, forced us think twice before we quote. since the presence of this type of sectors in India is less, we always try to provide proper customer support & after sales service as and when needed. on the contary we can state that customer support, evaluation of customer need and last but not the least after sale service is the prime key of our company.
