It also includes inwards, in process and final inspection of components according to a Quality Plan with Parts per Million as a measure of quality.

M/S.LAMDA COMPONENTS (P) LIMITED manufactures the following products FOR DIESEL FUEL INJECTION PUMP parts which include Governor Covers, Control Rods, Spring Plates, Roller, Nut & Banjo Bolt are very high precision machined ground and rack milled components. These are supplied to the requirements of M/S. BOSCH LTD., FROM GERMANY.
We Supply 3,50,000 Components per Month to BOSCH Ltd., Now we have started machining of Governor Cover for Bosch Ltd., It is a Aluminium Housing pressure die casting. It is machined on all sides in single setup. These are done on Makino Machining Center?s imported from Japan.
FREE WHEELING HUB FOR 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES. This Product has found wide acceptance in the indigenously manufactured 4 Wheel Drive Vehicles. It is also being used as Original Equipment by M/S.MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA LTD. the premier manufacturers of Four Wheel Drive Vehicles in India. The manufacture of this product involves components which has Steel Casting, Forging, Aluminium Pressure Die-Casting, Gear Cutting, Broaching, Heat Treatment and Assembly.
LIFTING BRACKET & SLIDE ROLLER. These are Aluminium die-cast parts machined in one set-up on four faces in our horizontal machining centre. These parts are supplied to M/S. Kirloskar Toyoda Textile Machinery Ltd., (KTTM).
We regularly send our parts for Heat Treatment by sealed quench process and also various surface treatment processes such as Hard-chrome plating, Zinc Passivation, Powder Coating and Blackening. We have access to NABL accrediated material testing labs from where we get our material tested regularly.
Apart from our other measuring instruments we have an in-house Profile
Projector and Perthometer for roughness testing.
We regularly do assembly and testing, in-house for our products.
