Heat Sealing Machine
We manufacture and export heat sealing machines which are highly
powerful and are used for sealing of batteries that are used for
varied purposes. This heat sealing machine can easily bear the
excessive temperature and pressure and works constantly. This machine
is widely demanded in the market and is also in accordance with the
desired technical specifications.

High Voltage Breakdown Tester
We manufacture high voltage breakdown tester for testing of
voltage supply in batteries. This tester detects the amount of
voltage that is supplied to the battery. This tester is easy to

Paste Mixer
The paste mixer offered by us is also used for batteries. This
mixer is made with intricate attention to each and every
specification so that the best can be provided to the client. This
mixer is also rugged in construction and robust in design. Technical Specifications :
300 kg capacity, 15 HP motor, 7 FSM gear box, sigma type oxide mixing machine with water cooling jacket complete with motor and suitable gear box. Mixing tank inside lining complete with S.S. sheet and S.S. casted blades rotates in different RPM and opposite direction by heavy duty spur gear guided by ball bearing of reputed make enclosed in housing duly fitted to the main frame with hydraulic tilting arrangement to dispose mixed paste from the tank. Provision is given for automatic water and acid dispensing. Acid dispensing is with a Japan make mist spray. An exhaust fan looped to temperature controller keeps the paste mix within the desired temperature.
