Flexible Geared Couplings We offer a wide range of flexible geared couplings, which are suitable to overcome the following types of misalignment's:
• Parallel offset : Axis of connected shafts are parallel but not within the same straight line.
• Angular : Axes of shafts intersect at the center of coupling
• Combined angular : Offset axes of shafts are neither parallel nor intersect
Further, our couplings are machined from EN-9 steel forgings to close tolerances for accurate alignments and proper balance.

Lever Limit Switch Our lever limit switches are used to prevent over travel or over traverse on power & control circuit upto 500 V.A.C. 50 cycles / second and 40 amps current rating. These switches normally remain closed and cuts off power to stop the motor of the crane. The switch operates when it reaches a predetermined position when the lever is moved over a projecting member fixed on the girder.

Master Controller Our master controller contact body is made of night grade melamine suited for heavy duty and non tracking. It is extremely capable of withstanding heavy arcing. The contacts have maximum current capacity of 40 amps at 500 V.A.C. Its contact tips are made from high grade silver cadmium alloy.

Resistance Boxes We offer a wide range of resistance boxes, which are designed and developed to meet the requirements of A.C. & D.C. These are used for speed control and develop start torque and find application in EOT cranes, winches, rubber mills, steel mills, coal mines, cement mills, power plants and others. Further, our range is developed as per BS 587:1957 guideline. Our products are suitable for maximum temperature rise of 375 degree C as per BS standards.

Rotary Geared Limit Switch We offer a wide range of rotary geared limit switches, which are used on control and power circuit of reversing drives to limit their rotation movement within a predetermined position. The function of our limit switch is to stop the mechanism of drive at the extreme forward and reverse positions. Our products are available in 40 amps rated at 500 volts A.C. Further, our limit switch can be provided with 2 NC contacts or 4 NC contacts or 2 NO + 2 NC contacts and also as per the requirement of our customers.
